If you are on ongoing treatment it may be useful for you to obtain your medication on a repeat basis. Your medication may be obtained by either telephoning
01484 303366, calling in at the surgery or on-line (see below)

Alternatively you may post your request together with a stamped addressed envelope. Patients are asked not to telephone for repeat prescriptions during morning surgery as the telephone lines are often busy at this time. Please ring after 11:00 am for ordering prescriptions and always allow 48 hours before collecting your repeat prescription.

The receptionist may, at certain times, ask you to make arrangements to see the doctor or nurse before another repeat prescription is issued.  This is to review the progress of your medical condition and treatment.

Online Repeat Prescription Ordering - You will need a coded log on and password to a secure website in order to do this. When we have sent you a password you can log on to make requests at the patient portal
