A transport scheme operates along the Holme Valley and is available to patients who may have difficulty accessing surgery facilities.  The vehicle will transport patients from a private address to surgery premises and back again.  It is available to all patients registered at practices in the Honley and Holmfirth area.

 Appointments where transport is required should be booked in advance where possible and this can be done by contacting the surgery in the normal way on 303366
